At Bakhshish, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent tipping experience. However, certain refund policies are in place to address specific scenarios:
Tips are Non-Refundable
- Tips once given through Bakhshish cannot be refunded. We recommend customers confirm the tip amount before completing the transaction.
Refunds for Incorrect Payments
If a customer mistakenly pays the amount of a bill on Bakhshish’s QR code instead of tipping:
- The restaurant owner must inform the customer to raise a ticket or contact Bakhshish support.
- Customers must provide valid proof of the bill (e.g., a copy of the receipt).
- Upon verification, we will process the refund, deducting applicable payment gateway charges.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receiving all required details and proof. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on their bank.
